Tom Cook

Kester Cunningham John Profile

Fairstead House, 7 Bury Road, East Anglia - Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 3PL

Tom Cook specialises in acting for cerebral palsy, traumatic amputation, and neurovascular accident victims. He has recently brought a multi-million pound paediatric acquired brain injury case to its successful conclusion together with a complicated failed liver transplant case, and a matter involving neuro-vascular compromise to the lower limb.

Tom is also appointed as Deputy to some 40 protected persons by the Court of Protection, all of whom are victims of cerebral palsy or other traumatic brain injury for whom both this firm and others acted in their claims. Noted for a positive 'bed side manner' he is committed to providing continued support and assistance to both clients and their families.

Tom is a member of BABICM, APIL and AvMA and also holds an MBA in Law Firm Management from Nottingham Trent University.  He is a trustee of his local Crossroads for Carers and Headway House Schemes and a Governor of a local school.  He is also a Director of Foundation East, an organisation providing funding for businesses and community land projects which are otherwise excluded from mainstream finance.
