TK (confidential) - Cerebral Palsy Claim: Fetal distress was not acted upon and as a result the Claimant was born with profound and life limiting injuries, which would have been avoided with appropriate care and intervention during the labour/delivery. 

The Claimant was awarded a lump sum settlement of £2.45m and annual payments of £165,000 increasing to £200,000 on the Claimant attaining 23 years of age. 

MR (confidential) - Negligent Spinal Surgery: The negligent surgery resulted in damage to the Claimant's L5 nerve and amputation of the affected leg. As a result the Claimant was confined to a wheelchair and has ongoing significant difficulties. The Claimant was unable to continue working as a result of the negligence and required adapted accommodation and care. 

The Claimant received a lump sum settlement of £3.4m. 

GC (confidential) - Road Traffic Accident: The Claimant was involved in a catastrophic road traffic accident, which resulted in a serious brain injury and ongoing neurological sequalae.
